Any number can be shown by the beads on the abacus. For example

Representing 2266 on Abacus

We can see there are

2 beads in the thousands stick representing 2000.

2 beads in the hundreds stick representing 200

6 beads in the tens stick representing 60

6 beads in the ones stick representing 6

Now let us represent 2495 on Abacus
